Our regularly scheduled knitting will be interrupted by the rare appearance of the sun...
Yeah...we've actually had that rare winter occurance in the Pacific Northwest...days without rain. So, we've been taking advantage of it by actually going outside to play. We live in a cul-de-sac of ten houses, and about half of them are young families. After about four o'clock, the kids are outside, riding bikes and scooters, drawing on the sidewalks with chalk, and taking the little ones for rides in their wagons. Next door to us is a little girl who is all of two weeks older than O. We got O a wagon with the money her one set of grandparents sent her for Christmas, and she wanted her new little friend Emma to ride in it with her. They looked so cute together....Emma is the dark-haired version of O. They look like they could be sisters.
